Email Delegation
Email delegation is handing inbox work — sorting, drafting, chasing — to someone or something else while you keep final say over what gets sent. Traditionally that meant an assistant reading your mail; now it can mean an AI.
The hard part was always voice: delegated replies sound like someone else wrote them. Gatherly triages your Gmail or Outlook inbox, drafts replies in your own voice — learned from your sent mail and refreshed weekly — and tracks the follow-ups you'd otherwise forget, with every send waiting on your approval. For the trade-offs against hiring a person, see Gatherly vs an executive assistant.
