Deep Work
Deep work, a term popularised by Cal Newport, is the ability to focus without distraction on a cognitively demanding task. It's where the highest-value output comes from — and the first thing a reactive inbox destroys.
Protecting deep work means reducing context switching and defending focus time. An AI Chief of Staff supports it by absorbing the reactive layer — triage, replies, scheduling — so the deep blocks stay clear.
